This website and the PayTime service are operated by Unified Business Systems (Private) Limited (company registration no. 0343577) ("PayTime", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.Who we are
PayTime is cloud-based payroll software provided by Unified Business Systems (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan (registration no. 0343577). References to "PayTime" in these terms mean Unified Business Systems (Private) Limited.
2.Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, creating an account, or using the PayTime service, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or service.
3.The service
PayTime provides payroll software that helps businesses calculate salaries, apply FBR income tax and statutory deductions, generate payslips and manage related payroll tasks. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.
4.Business use only
PayTime is a business-to-business (B2B) service intended for companies, firms and professionals. By using it, you confirm you are using it for business purposes and are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
5.Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using it in breach of any applicable law.
7.Credits, pricing & payment
PayTime uses credit-based pricing. Credits are purchased from your account dashboard and consumed as you run payroll. All payments are governed by our Payment Policy, which forms part of these terms. All sales are final and non-refundable.
8.Intellectual property
All content, software, branding and materials on this website and in the service are owned by Unified Business Systems (Private) Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission.
9.Your data
Information you provide is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the payroll and employee data you enter into the service.
10.Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tax calculations are provided as a tool to assist you; you remain responsible for verifying figures and meeting your own legal and tax obligations. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
11.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayTime will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website or service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
12.Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time; any unused credits remain subject to the Payment Policy.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
14.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
